Week 49

Mowed the grass for the first time, sealed driveway and garage concrete and shelving in the garage.

Week 47

Grass planted and straw spread.

House Warming Party

We take time to celebrate with friends and family.

Week 43

Landscaping and exterior finishing starts.

Week 42

Some finishing touches and concrete.

Week 38

Shower and Mirrors installed and starting to feel moved in.

Week 36

Moving, final grading, gutters, and a lot of little stuff.

Week 35

Septic, final interior paint and trim, garage doors and openers, carpeting, and final electric line.

Week 34

Stairs continue, master bath tile set, hardwood floors sanded, stained and sealed, electrical installed, garage floor poured, and most supply plumbing finished.

Week 33

More stair work, general trim work, sump pump installed, and water supply lines started.

Week 32

Cabinets installed, hardwood floor laid, stairs started, and water installed.

Week 31

Trim installation, doors installed stained and lacquered, cabinets arrive, and well drilled.

Week 30

Windows stained, interior doors, trim arrives and is stained, brick almost completed.

Week 29

First coat of interior paint, kitchen tile laid, and hardwood floor arrives.

 Week 28

Exterior doors, front porch finished, and tile started.

Week 27

Drywall taped and sanded, doors delivered, and heat runs for five days.

Week 26

Front bricks started, front siding and window finished, and drywall started.

Week 25

Insulation finished  and drywall delivered.

Week 24

Electrical and plumbing rough-in finished and pre drywall inspections.

 
Week 23

Basement windows, deck, fireplaces, humidifiers, water supply lines, more siding, and more electrical.

Week 22

Front and back porches poured, electrical started, furnaces, gas, and more siding.

Week 21

Siding started, more soffets and fascia, and central vacuum installed.

Week 20

Soffets started and windows finished.

Week 19

Windows, rough stairs,  3500 feet of -ethernet, cable, speaker wire, more HVAC , and more plumbing.

Week 18

Shingles complete, plumbing rough-in, and more HVAC.

Week 17

Complete roof rafters and sheathing, HVAC starts, and the snow finally melts.

Week 16

Top roof ridge installed with a flag! 

Week 15

Porch roofs are complete. Several other roofs started. Electric service installed -and more snow.

Week 14

Second floor walls finished, roof started, and more snow in the master bedroom! 

Week 13

Back porch, garage, some second floor walls, and 3" of snow in the master bedroom!

Week 12

Garage and second floor walls and an ice storm. 

Week 11

First floor walls inside and out in -16° weather, snow! 

Week 10

First floor -floor, basement floor poured, and a few walls!

Week 9

Knee walls, electrical service and engineered floor beams!

Week 8

Basement walls after backfilling and media room floor poured.
